OL2000: Unable to Synchronize Rex Classic Device with Outlook (223927)

SYMPTOMS

You cannot synchronize Outlook 2000 and a Franklin Rex Classic handheld organizer using the True Sync Plus software supplied with the Rex Classic. The software successfully synchronized with Outlook 98. When you try to perform a synchronization, you receive the following error:
The device is a Rex Classic

RESOLUTION

Xircom, Inc. purchased the Rex product line from Franklin Electronic Publishers in September 1999. Support for the Rex product family is provided by Xircom.
