PPT2000: Macro Recorder Doesn't Record Changes to Options Dialog (222750)

If you make changes in the Options dialog box (click Options on the Tools
menu) while you are recording a macro, the changes are not recorded.
CAUSE
The PowerPoint macro recorder does not record mouse clicks or keystrokes.
It attempts to analyze these actions and then create equivalent Microsoft
Visual Basic for Applications code. The settings in the Options dialog box
do not have a Visual Basic equivalent. Therefore, the macro recorder does not record these actions.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft PowerPoint 2000.
