OL98: Outlook Doesn't Exit After Using PublishForm Method (222526)

Outlook does not quit completely after using the PublishForm method in the Outlook object model.
CAUSE
Your code publishes the form in a folder.
RESOLUTION
Use one of the following methods.
Method 1
Publish the form to the Personal Forms Library instead.
Method 2A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that this article describes. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. To resolve this problem, contact Microsoft Product Support Services to obtain the hotfix.
