OL2000: First Date of Imported Recurring Appointment Dropped During Import from Schedule+ (222291)

SYMPTOMS

When you import recurring appointments from Microsoft Schedule+ 1.0, or 7.x, the first appointment in the series is not imported.

RESOLUTION

Open the recurring appointment series and correct the date of the first occurrence.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.

To Correct the Date of the First Occurrence

  1. Double-click the imported appointment.
  2. Click to select, Open the series.
  3. On the Actions menu, click Recurrence.
  4. Under Range of occurrence, click to select the correct Start date.
  5. Click OK and Save and Close.
