The HeadLight Software GetRight program is a download utilitiy and service to help you download files and recover them if errors occur. When you click a file to download, GetRight takes over and displays its own Download dialog.

During Internet Explorer Setup, GetRight starts and prompts you to download the Ie5setup.exe file. When you start Internet Explorer Setup by double-clicking the Ie5setup.exe file, Setup attempts to download additional files for installation. At this point Setup may stop and the error message listed earlier in this article may be generated.
