Unable to Download FTP Files Using Drag and Drop (221818)

You cannot copy files from FTP sites in the FTP Folder interface by dragging a file or by copying and pasting a file.
Dragging a file to an FTP folder does work correctly.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, click the file(s) or folder(s) you want to download, click Copy To Folder on the File menu, click the correct destination, and then click OK.

The Browsing Enhancements component for Internet Explorer 5 must be installed during Setup in order to use the FTP Folder interface.
