WD2000: Web Page Frames Missing When Editing Web Page with Word (220364)

SYMPTOMS

When you edit a Web page in Word, some Web page frames may be missing.

CAUSE

This behavior is by design if the missing frame belongs to an HTML <iframe> tag. <iframe> tags are not supported in Word 2000.

To determine whether the document you are editing contains an <iframe> tag, perform the following steps:
  1. View the Web page in your Internet browser.
  2. In your Internet browser, view the HTML source for the Web page (in Microsoft Internet Explorer, on the View menu, click Source.)
  3. Search for the phrase <iframe>.
