Run-time error running the Word 97 Web Page Wizard in Word 2000 (220302)

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to create a Web page in Word 2000 by using the Web Page Wizard from Word 97, the following error message may appear:
Run-time error '-2147352573 (80020003)': Unable to run the specified macro

CAUSE

The Web Page Wizard from Word 97 is not designed for use with later versions of Word. This wizard relies on the Word 97 feature set and other associated files in order to run properly.

RESOLUTION

To correct this problem, use the new Web Page Wizard supplied with Word 2000. The new wizard helps you create a single page or a multi-page (framed) Web site with professionally designed visual themes.

To create a Web page or frames pages with the new Web Page Wizard:
  1. On the File menu, click New,and then click the Web Pages tab.
  2. Click the Web Page Wizard and follow the instructions provided in the wizard.
