FP2000: Clip Art Gallery Does Not Appear When You Click Clip Art in HTML View (219834)

SYMPTOMS

In HTML view, when you click Clip Art (on the Insert menu, point to Picture, and then click Clip Art), the Clip Art Gallery dialog box does not appear. However, you do not receive any error messages or warnings.

CAUSE

The Clip Art command is available when FrontPage is in HTML view, even if the Clip Art Gallery is not installed.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, install the Clip Art Gallery. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
  3. Click your version of Microsoft Office 2000 that is listed, and then click Change.
  4. Click Add or Remove Features.
  5. Click to expand Office Tools.
  6. Click Clip Gallery (the first item in the list), and then click Run from My Computer.
  7. Click Update Now.
