Round-trip RTF message may cause a fault in Outlook 97 (218913)

If you use Microsoft Outlook 2000 to respond to a message that was received from someone using Microsoft Outlook 97, a failure may occur in the Outlook 97 user's computer. This can occur when the following conditions are true:
- The Outlook 97 user sent the message using the Internet Mail service.
- The Outlook 97 user sent the message in Microsoft Outlook rich-text format (RTF).
- You responded to the message in the same format.
RESOLUTION
Respond to the Outlook 97 user in Plain Text format or have the Outlook 97 user install the Internet Mail Enhancement Patch (IMEP) for Outlook 97.
