SYMPTOMS

Your publication may not print correctly, and your printer may print something that is similar to the following:
ERROR: interrupt
OFFENDING COMMAND: image

CAUSE

This problem may occur if all the following conditions exist:
  • You are printing to a PostScript printer.
  • You have inserted a picture that was produced by Adobe PhotoShop in .eps format.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, save the picture in a format other than the .eps format. For example, .png, .jpg, and .gif.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
