PUB2000: Advanced Print Settings not Applied (218665)

SYMPTOMS

When you change the Screens settings on the Device Options tab of the Advanced Printer settings, your changes may not be retained.

CAUSE

If you manually type in Frequency or Angle settings, and then press ENTER to apply the changes, without making any other changes to the Device Options tab of the Print Settings, the changes will not be applied.

WORKAROUND

To apply these changes, click OK instead of pressing ENTER.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Publisher 2000.
