Novell GroupWise5.5 is messaging system software that requires the presence of at least one NetWare 4.1x (or later) server on the network.
The software necessary to install the GroupWise5.5 system is contained on the Novell GroupWise5.5 CD-ROM and must be installed from a client computer while logged in to NetWare Directory Services (NDS).
To perform an installation of a GroupWise5.5 system from a Windows 2000 client computer, Novell Client32 must be installed on the Windows 2000-based computer.
You cannot perform an installation of GroupWise5.5 with either Gateway Services for NetWare (GSNW) or Client Services for NetWare (CSNW) as the NCP client.
