CG5: Cannot Paste an AutoShape from More AutoShapes Window into Word 2000 (218557)

When you copy an AutoShape from the More Autoshapes window and
attempt to paste it into Microsoft Word 2000, you receive the following
error message
This action cannot be completed because the filename
Microsoft Word program is busy.
Choose "Switch To" and correct the problem.
where filename is the name of the currently open
document.
If you click Switch To or Retry, the error message remains
on the screen. You must click Cancel to dismiss the error message
and then close the More AutoShapes window.
WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, close the More AutoShapes window before
you paste the AutoShape into Word 2000.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Clip Gallery 5.0.
