Citrix MetaFrame 1.0 Does Not Work Correctly with Windows 2000 (218444)

SYMPTOMS

After you upgrade Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Server, Terminal Server Edition, to Windows 2000, Citrix MetaFrame no longer accepts ICA client connections to the server.

CAUSE

Citrix MetaFrame version 1.0 was not designed to run on Windows 2000 Terminal Server.

RESOLUTION

Customers running Citrix MetaFrame 1.0 should contact Citrix to obtain a new version of MetaFrame that works with Windows 2000.
