OL2000: (CW) ErrMsg: "There is not enough space ..." Saving Server-side Reply Rule (218316)

SYMPTOMS
If you attempt to save a Rule Wizard rule that uses the have server reply using a specific message option, you may receive the following error message:
There is not enough space on the Microsoft Exchange Server to store all of your rules. The rules that failed to upload have been deactivated.
CAUSE
You included an address in the Bcc field of the server message.
New mail is being delivered to a Personal Folder (.PST) file instead of the Exchange Server mailbox.
RESOLUTION
The resolution depends on the cause as described above. Either:
Do not include Bcc addresses with this type of server-side rule.
Have new mail delivered to the Exchange Server mailbox instead of a Personal Folders file using the steps below:
- Open Outlook 2000.
- On the Tools menu , click Services, and then click the Delivery tab.
- Change the Deliver new mail to the following location setting to the mailbox location. (It should be similar to Mailbox - <your name>.)
- On the File menu, click Exit and Log Off and then restart Outlook.
You may wish to copy messages that were already in your Inbox from Personal Folders to your Exchange Server Inbox. In addition, if you need the ability to access existing mail when offline, you can set up Offline Folders.
