OL2000: (IMO) General Protection Fault in Wfxmsrvr.exe When Closing Outlook (218213)

When you attempt to close Outlook you may receive a General Protection Fault in Wfxmsrvr.exe.
CAUSE
You are attempting to close Outlook before a faxing process has completed.
RESOLUTION
Allow the faxing process to complete, or cancel the faxing process before closing Outlook.
