SYMPTOMS

If Exchange Optimizer is run after you apply the BackOffice Small Business Server (SBS) bumppack, the new expected number of users may still receive the following error:
No License is available

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, restart the server after running the Optimizer.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
