XL2000: Edit Box Does Not Appear in Toolbox (213775)

When you are working with a UserForm in a Visual Basic for Applications
project, the Toolbox that contains all the available controls for the UserForm does not contain an edit box control.
CAUSE
The edit box control, which is available on the Forms toolbar in Microsoft
Excel 5.0 and 7.0 dialog sheets, is replaced by the text box control in
Microsoft Excel 97 and 2000.
