  1. Start your Web browser and connect to the Internet.
  2. Start Publisher, and create a new blank publication.
  3. On the Insert menu, point to Picture, and click Clip Art.
  4. In the Clip Gallery dialog box, click Clips Online. The End User License Agreement (EULA) section of the Clip Gallery Live Web site contains detailed information about how you can and cannot use the additional clip art you can get from that site.
