XL2000: Error Message When You Copy a Formula Containing a Label (211654)

If you copy a formula from one cell to another, the resulting value may be a #NULL! error.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true:
- You copy a formula that contains both a label and a defined name
reference.
-and- - The reference to the defined name is located between two label
references, as in the following example:
=Label1Defined nameLabel2 - The Accept labels in formulas check box is selected (on the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Calculations tab).
