Cannot Install Printers in Documagix PaperMaster Live (211313)

SYMPTOMS

When you install Documagix PaperMaster98, you may receive the following error message:
Warning: This program requires Windows95 or WindowsNT, aborting setup.
When you click OK, the installation program proceeds normally until the Documagix printer driver is installed. You may then receive the following error message:
Warning: Failed to install print processor!
When you click OK, the installation program finishes normally, but there is no Documagix printer driver in the Printers folder.

CAUSE

Windows 2000 reports itself as version 5.0, which the Documagix installation program does not recognize as a valid Microsoft Windows NT version.

RESOLUTION

Contact Documagix for any information on updates to the PaperMaster program.
