WD2000: Hanging Indent Lost When Text Wraps to Right Side of Square Wrapped Object (209633)

SYMPTOMS

When hanging indented text wraps to the right of an object with square wrapping applied, the text doesn't show the hanging indent.

NOTE: This problem occurs with any square wrapped object; for example, a table cell, a picture, a drawing object, or a text box.

WORKAROUND

There is no known workaround for this problem; however, if you move the square wrapped object to the right side of the page so the text flows to the left of the object, the hanging indent will reappear.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
