Both the compact-disc version and the Web-site version of the IEAK generate a version of Internet Explorer with 40-bit encryption.
RESOLUTION

This component has been developed specifically for the IEAK and can be included with an IEAK package. The component contains a self-extracting .exe file (Ie4dom.exe for Internet Explorer 4. x packages and Ie5dom.exe for Internet Explorer 5.0 packages), which can be installed as a custom component in the IEAK.
