SMS: Button Text in Software Metering Tool Disappears Periodically (207723)

In the Software Metering tool, the button text disappears or runs together periodically. There also may be black lines on the line below the buttons.
CAUSE
This issue can occur when you switch between the Metered Software and Software Metering Summary windows.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, restart the Software Metering tool.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Systems Management Server version 2.0.
