Incorrect Initials Are Displayed Collaborating in NetMeeting (205988)

SYMPTOMS

When you establish a NetMeeting conference, share a program and then collaborate with another conference member, the initials of the conference member currently controlling a program may not be displayed. Instead, the initials of the last conference member to control a program may be displayed.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, refresh your pointer by moving the pointer outside of the NetMeeting window or minimizing and then restoring NetMeeting.
