Unable to Resize Avantos Manager Pro Version 3.1 Program Window (205835)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to resize the Avantos Manager Pro version 3.1 program window, you may be unable to do so. Also, this behavior may occur even though you may be able to resize this program window on another Windows 98-based computer.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if the "Show window contents while dragging" feature is enabled.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, contact Avantos to inquire about the availability of a fix for this issue.

To work around this issue, disable the "Show window contents while dragging" feature:
  1. Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click Display.
  2. Click the Effects tab, click to clear the Show window contents while dragging check box, and then click OK.
  3. Restart your computer.
