Cannot Control both Composite and S-Video Inputs with WebTV (205275)

When you try to control your television adapter S-Video and Composite jacks with Microsoft WebTV for Windows, you may only be able to control one or the other, but not both.
CAUSE
This issue can occur if your television adapter has two video inputs, but only one audio input. WebTV for Windows requires there to be video and audio for each channel.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
