Crystal Reports Stops Working If System Locale Is Not "Crystal" (204781)

SYMPTOMS

If you set the system locale to any Spanish selection, Crystal Reports may stop working after a period of time.

WORKAROUND

To cause Crystal Reports to work again, you must:
  1. Delete the Web Site Activity Reports entry from the table of contents.
  2. Delete the Web Site Activity Page from the online guide.
  3. Delete the View Web Site Activity Reports page from the online guide for all languages in which the problem occurs. The following languages do not have localized versions of Crystal Reports:
    • Chinese - Traditional
    • Chinese - Simplified
    • Korean
    • Spanish
    • Swedish
    • Dutch
    • Portuguese (Brazilian)
    • Italian
