RAS May Not Start When Computer Is Restarted (204778)

SYMPTOMS

When you configure the Telephony service to log on to the domain/Administrator account and you restart your computer, Remote Access Service (RAS) may not start.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, apply the Telephony API (TAPI) 2.1 driver set to the computer.

NOTE: Upgrade the server only, not the client.
