SYMPTOMS

When you change a multilevel bulleted list to a numbered list and then back to a bulleted list again, the list levels are different than in the original list. There is one list level, rather than multiple levels.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
