OLEXP: Pressing BACKSPACE Does Not Delete a Tab Character (201078)

SYMPTOMS

When you press BACKSPACE to delete a TAB character in the body text of an Outlook Express message, only one space is deleted.

CAUSE

This issue can occur because when you press TAB to insert a Tab character in an Outlook Express message, four spaces are inserted instead of a Tab character.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
