SYMPTOMS

A Java program may not be downloaded to your computer and may appear in Internet Explorer as a gray box, or may not appear at all. This behavior can occur even if you click Yes when you are prompted to download the program.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the Java package is signed without Java permissions.
