If you want to find currency formatted text -- for example, $123.45 -- in your document, follow these steps:
  1. On the Edit menu, click Find.
  2. In the Find and Replace dialog box, click the Find tab, and then click More.
  3. Click to select the Use wildcards check box under Search Options.
  4. In the Find what box, type $*>.<*>, and then click Find Next.
