- Create (or open) a presentation in PowerPoint
2000.
- On the File menu, click Save As.
- In the Files Of Type list, click one of the following formats:
- PowerPoint 95 (*.ppt)
- PowerPoint 97, 2000, & 95 (*.ppt)
- In the File Name box, type the file name you want to use, and click OK.
