To see a list of all contact fields, open a contact record and on the All Fields tab, click to select "All Contact fields" from the list.

The following Contact record fields are for Outlook internal use only:

Field marked with a tilde (~) contain the fields for the specific parts of the address. Use the specific fields for import and exporting. For example, Outlook uses Business Address to build an internal reference based on the following entries: Business Address Street, Business Address PO Box, Business Address State, Business Address City, Business Address State and Business Address Postal Code.
