BUG: Problem in Help File Compiled in Windows NT4.0 (Japanese) (196794)

A Windows help file created with Help Workshop 4.03.0002 under Windows NT
4.0 SP3 (Japanese Edition) has text that is not aligned.
CAUSE
Windows Help Engine/Compiler components that are shipped with the Japanese
version of Windows NT 4.0 do not recognize the RTF tags in the Word'97 RTF
files of the Help project.
RESOLUTION
Compile the Help project in Help Workshop 4.03.0002 under Windows NT or
Windows 95 (US Edition).
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a bug in the Microsoft product
listed at the beginning of this article.

RTF files created in Word'97 and compiled with Help Workshop 4.03.0002
under Japanese Windows NT 4.0 SP3 have misaligned text when the Help file
is viewed in any version of the Windows WinHelp Engine. If the same RTF
file is compiled under Windows NT 4.0 SP3 (US Edition), it works fine. This
is a bug in the Windows NT 4.0 (Japanese Version) WinHelp components.
