MORE INFORMATION

RTF files created in Word'97 and compiled with Help Workshop 4.03.0002 under Japanese Windows NT 4.0 SP3 have misaligned text when the Help file is viewed in any version of the Windows WinHelp Engine. If the same RTF file is compiled under Windows NT 4.0 SP3 (US Edition), it works fine. This is a bug in the Windows NT 4.0 (Japanese Version) WinHelp components.
