When you click the Find Symbol button on the Details page for a stock
or fund, nothing happens.CAUSE
This behavior occurs because the Find Symbol button is disabled in
Microsoft Money 99 Basic. In Microsoft Money 99 Financial Suite, the Find Symbol button
links directly to the Microsoft Investor Web site.RESOLUTION
To find symbols for stocks, mutual funds, and indexes in Money 99 Basic,
use your Web browser to connect to the Microsoft Investor Web site at the
following address:
Note You must have access to the Internet to connect to the Microsoft
Investor Web site.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Money 99 Basic.
