Icons Are Not Correctly Displayed Using All Possible Colors (196189)

If you log off and then log on using a different user profile, Windows may
not correctly display icons using all possible colors. However, Windows
continues to use the "Show icons using all possible colors" setting in
effect for the first user profile.
RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, restart your computer.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows 98.
