SYMPTOMS

When you close the Pronunciation Editor utility in Microsoft Call Manager, you may receive the following error message:
Msphone caused an invalid page fault in module Mfc42.dll

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you start a second instance of the Pronunciation Editor utility after you press the QuickPlay shortcut key.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, return focus to the Pronunciation Editor utility that is running. To do this, click the Pronunciation Editor icon on the taskbar.
