OL98: Email1AddressType Property Can't Change From SMTP (193904)

In Microsoft Outlook 98, after assigning a different mail type with this
property, when you save and close the Contact item, the email type reverts
back to SMTP.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Outlook 98.

If you assign a different email type with this property and then save and
close (programmatically), the email type will revert to the original type
with no change being made.
Email1AddressType returns or sets the address type (such as EX or SMTP)
of the first e-mail entry for the contact. This is a free-form text field,
but it must match the actual type of an existing mail transport.
