Err Msg: Setup Error 544: Setup Is Unable to Open the Data... (193500)

When you try to install the trial version of Microsoft Picture It! 2.0
included in the cdsample\demos\pitrial.cd folder on your Windows 98
CD-ROM, you may receive the following error message:
Setup Error 544: Setup is unable to open the data file "<CD-ROM drive
letter>:\cdsample\demos\pitrial.cd\acmsetup.stf"; run Setup again from
where you originally ran it.
If you then click OK, you may receive the following error message:
Setup Error 723: Setup was unable to read configuration information
from the first section of the setup file
<CD-ROM drive letter>:\cdsample\demos\pitrial.cd\acmsetup.stf.
CAUSE
This issue can occur if you try to install the trial version of Microsoft
Picture It! 2.0 by double-clicking the Acmsetup.exe file instead of
Setup.exe.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, double-click the Setup.exe file instead of the
Acmsetup.exe file.
