PI 2.0: Error Message: Picture It Cannot Start, Picture It Needs 30 MB of Disk Space (193388)

When you try to start Picture It! 2.0, you may receive the following error
message:
Picture It cannot start, Picture It needs 30 MB of disk space.
CAUSE
This issue may occur if the following conditions exist:
- You are running Microsoft Windows 95 OSR2 (spell out) or later.
- Your hard drive has partitions larger than 2 Gigabytes (GB).
- The hard drive you are installing to, or the drive where Windows is installed contains more than 2 GB of data.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, use either of the following methods:
- Reduce the amount of total data on the hard drive to less than 2 GB.
- Repartition the hard drive in partitions less than 2 GB.
