PRJ: Remove All Page Breaks Does Not Remove All Page Breaks (193161)

SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Project, when you click Remove All Page Breaks, you may find that some page breaks still remain.

CAUSE

This problem may occur with page breaks between subtasks that are hidden (collapsed under summary tasks), when you click Remove All Page Breaks.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, follow these steps:
  1. On the Project menu, point to Outline, and click Show All Subtasks.
  2. Select the Task Name column.
  3. On the Insert menu, click Remove All Page Breaks.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
