IEAK Does Not Set Custom Files to Outlook Express Infopane (193048)

SYMPTOMS

HTML files or image files configured to map to the custom one-inch Infopane via the Microsoft Internet Explorer Administration Kit (IEAK) Wizard or Profile Manager (at the bottom of the main Outlook Express Window) will not do so.

CAUSE

The IEAK Wizard does not include the HTML files in the Branding.cans file used during installation to communicate IEAK settings to the Internet Explorer and Outlook Express data registries.
