SUMMARY

EnumSrv.exe is a file that contains EnumSrvc.exe. EnumSrvc.exe is an executable file that checks for services that are in a STATUS_START_PENDING state. If a service remains in the STATUS_START_PENDING state, it might cause applications that call QueryServiceStatus to hang.
