This article was previously published under Q190365 SYMPTOMS
When you view a Pocket PowerPoint presentation on a Handheld PC (H/PC),
the slides may be blank or the graphics on the slides may not be displayed
properly.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if insufficient memory is available to programs on
the H/PC.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, increase the amount of available program memory. To
do this, follow these steps:
- Tap Start, tap Settings, and then tap Control Panel.
- Double-tap System.
- On the Memory tab, move the Storage Memory/Program Memory slider left to
increase the amount of memory allocated for program memory.
- Tap OK, and then close Control Panel.
If you are unable to increase the available program memory because all of
the installed memory is in use, you can remove programs to make more memory
available. To remove programs, follow these steps:
- Tap Start, tap Settings, and then tap Control Panel.
- Double-tap Remove Programs.
- Tap the program you want to remove, and then tap Remove.
- Tap OK, and then close Control Panel.
