GW 2.0 Partial Printing - Graphics Are Clipped (189758)

SUMMARY

If you notice graphics getting clipped or if the print spooler stops responding when you try to print your project, try changing the settings of your printer by doing the following.

NOTE: Because there are several versions of Windows, the following steps may be different on your computer. If they are, please consult your product documentation to complete these steps.

  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Printers.
  2. Select the icon of the printer you want to print to.
  3. Right-click the printer icon and click Properties on the menu that appears.
  4. In the Properties dialog box for your printer, click the Details tab.
  5. Click the Spool Settings button near the bottom of the dialog box.
  6. In the Spool Settings dialog box, click the arrow in the Spool data Format box, and select RAW.
  7. Click OK, and then click OK again to close all dialog boxes.
  8. Restart your computer. Start Greetings Workshop and print your project again.

The print spooler is an application that intercepts a print job on its way to the printer and sends it to disk or memory, where the print job is held until the printer is ready to print it.

When you make the change suggested in the "Summary" section of this article, the possibility that the print spooler stops responding is reduced. If your print spooler stops responding even after you have make these changes, try restarting your computer again.
