When you use the Suspend command on the Shut Down menu, the primary
monitor may not be powered off, and a flashing cursor may appear in
the upper-left corner of the monitor.
CAUSE
This behavior can be caused by an incorrect Basic Input/Output System
(BIOS) setting that controls power management for the display adapter.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, you may need to make changes to settings stored
