Photo Deluxe Window Is Not Refreshed When Scrolling with Wheel (189684)

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Microsoft IntelliMouse wheel to scroll through a window in Adobe Photo Deluxe 1.0, the window may not be refreshed correctly.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because Universal Scrolling is not compatible with Adobe Photo Deluxe 1.0.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, use the scroll bars to scroll through the window.

To prevent this issue from occurring, disable automatic scrolling in Adobe Photo Deluxe 1.0. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Mouse.
  3. On the Wheel tab, click Exceptions.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Locate the Adobe Photo Deluxe 1.0 program file, click the program file, and then click Open.
  6. Click Close, and then click OK.
  7. Quit Control Panel.
